Owners Fiona and Doug bring travellers and locals together in an atmosphere of nutritious freshly prepared meals, complemented by a bar service which includes good wines, spirits and their own Cunnamulla Fella and Cummamulla Sheila tap beers. Airconditioned accommodation upstairs in this classic Queensland pub rounds out a great experience. Get there!

Booking.com Great hospitality and amazing food
A classic old outback pub with heaps of character & huge potential, which the new owners have started to undertake. Our room had the basic necessities including aircon & was clean & perfect for our overnight stay. Doug & his wife Fiona (the chef) where a delight, so hospitable & helped make for a lovely evening. The food was exceptional, best pork belly we have EVER had!

Amazing food We arrived at the Hotel Cunnamulla to a great reception from Doug, the landlord. A few other patrons were discussing the food here but, let’s face it, it’s an Outback Hotel, how good can it be really? Fast forward to our meals arriving and let me tell you, it’s fabulous! I ordered the pork belly on a bed of Asian greens with rice, my partner ordered the curried lamb shank and all we can say is yum, yum, yum. We wish Doug and Fiona all the very best with their plans for the pub. If they continue serving food like this, they have to be a success.READ MORE

Stopped here for lunch with the family. Best steak sandwiches we’ve ever had! The kids had ham & cheese toasties with ham off the bone - delicious and very reasonably priced. Lovely shady beer garden where we could relax. Friendly service - definitely worth a visit.
